Created a series of original minimalist wallpapers to update my desktop. But Windows 11 gives me an error: “Personalization is not available, please activate the system first.” I can't even change something as small as the background image! Is there a quick way to remove this restriction so I can finally see my work on the screen without that annoying watermark in the corner?
